I’m Sandy! I was diagnosed with colon cancer last year. I was Stage 1 and had part of my Sigmoid Colon removed.

Unfortunately, on the one year colonoscopy follow up, two new masses were found.

I’m preparing for a major surgery at the end of August and will need time to heal over the following weeks. It is a more extensive surgery than the last.

During this time, Sam will be balancing his work as the sole provider with caring for me and helping with my recovery by staying at the hospital.
