Samuel Isaiah Phillips age 9 was in a horrible accident while playing in his room. He was accidently hung by his karate belt while playing on his bunk bed, we are trying to raise money to pay for any expenses the family will end up facing. The family is in desperate need of funds to help pay for medical, counseling, and to adjust.
