My brother, Sam Pelath, had a massive heart attack and was placed on Life Support September 26, 2025. Many of you offered thoughts and prayers, and for that I thank you.

On October 6, 2025, Doctors concluded through testing that Sam did not have the brain capacity to recover from lack of oxygen to his brain. Being he was an organ donor, paperwork was completed for him to donate his heart and liver so two other people might benefit with future life. Once the recipients are selected this week, Sam will be taken off Life Support for transplant surgery. Sam leaves behind a wife and three young children.

The family is in desperate need of funds for cremation and a Celebration of Life for all who knew and loved him. The family will appreciate any donation you can give. I will be posting more about the Celebration of Life as time nears. Everyone will be welcome. Thank you.
