My name is Kailey, the mother of Toby Hurt’s youngest daughter. Toby recently passed away and we share a beautiful 2 year old daughter. I’m creating this to open an account for Sailor Jay Hurt. We unfortunately do not qualify for any survivor benefits or assistance so I’m on my own in raising her indefinitely. Toby was the sweetest man to anyone that had the pleasure of meeting him.
