4 days ago, while I was out of town working, I got a call from Centennial High School. They said my son, Rylee, had been involved in a physical altercation, and he couldn’t move his arm and that he needed to go to urgent care. My wife went and picked him up and immediately took him to the hospital.

Rylee was assaulted while he was walking down the hall away from a bully. The kid came up behind him, punched him in the back of the head, then picked him up and slammed him down on his neck and shoulder. After going to the hospital, it came out that he has a broken collarbone, broken toe, burst capillaries in his neck and wrist, and a concussion.

We have pressed charges, and the police arrested the other student on Saturday for Felony Assault 2 after they saw the video from inside the high school where Rylee was assaulted.
