Aid Rusty's Road to Recovery after Car Wreck

Early Monday morning, May 12th, my daddy (Rusty) was driving to work, had made it about 5 minutes away from home, and was hit by an 18-wheeler that did not yield to oncoming traffic. My daddy, and his car, took the most damage. He was trapped, had to be removed by first responders, and was immediately taken to the trauma center. His body sustained multiple extensive injuries. He is currently in a “critically stable” condition and facing many surgeries followed by many months of rehabilitation.

My daddy is the rock of our family. This incident has caused all of us - my mom, myself, and my baby sister - so much heartache and pain seeing my daddy in his current state. We just want him to get better. We need him to get better.

Both of my parents have always worked full time jobs to survive. Because of this devastating accident, my parents are going to be out of work indefinitely. My aim for creating this GoFundMe page is to help my momma survive while their income is compromised, and anything else will go to the preparation of a living space that daddy will be able to come home to with accessibility aids.
