We are reaching out to rally support for our dear friend and colleague, Rosie Suarez de Penaloza—a dedicated mother, an incredible teammate, and a true embodiment of kindness and resilience.

Just this past Saturday, Rosie went to the hospital for what she thought was just leg pain. Tragically, she left with a diagnosis that has turned her world upside down— brain cancer.

Rosie is the loving mother of a 29-year-old son (Frank) and a 10-year-old son (Ramses), and she has always been the rock for her family. She recently started a new job at Power Home Remodeling, where she has already made a lasting impact on our team. She is the heart of our culture, bringing positivity, dedication, and warmth to everyone she works with. Unfortunately, because she just started this job, she does not yet have health benefits and is facing this medical battle without financial security.

We want to ensure that Rosie can focus on her health, her treatment, and her child—without the burden of financial stress. That’s why we are coming together to support her in any way we can.
