My name is Rosemarie Joy and I am the daughter of Peter Dumayag who is an avid member of St. Philomena's Church in HI. I am a 49-year-old registered nurse who worked and dedicated her life in various hospitals in San Diego County and Loma Linda Medical Center in Murrieta for the last 23 years.

I became ill on July 2024 and began experiencing progressive neurological deficits (intermittent difficulty thinking, concentration, and focus; intermittent seizure-like activity; intermittent double vision and flashing lights; intermittent difficulty swallowing and breathing; intermittent weakness, numbness, tingling, and tremors; intermittent loss of balance, gait problems, and loss of coordination). I am currently on disability leave from my employer.

I have been seen by multiple specialists in a huge hospital organization. My symptoms worsened in December 2024. My neurologist now has recommended me to go to another facility for an evaluation and treatment. It specialized in neurological complex disorders.

It has been rough and challenging. I am kindly asking for your support that will help pay my medical bills and continuous treatment. God bless you all for your prayers and contributions! I love you all! Thank you for being a part of my treatment, recovery, and journey back to Hawaii with my dogs to be with my family and relatives! Aloha and Mahalo!
