Aid Rosa's Family Through Health and Fire Crisis

Donation protected
Help Rosa & her kids get back on their feet after the Altadena Fire.

In November 2024, Rosa’s 9-year-old son Jesus was diagnosed with leukemia & Rosa had to stop working indefinitely to care for him & begin taking him to Children’s Hospital weekly in Hollywood.

As if the hardship from this wasn’t enough, on Tuesday, January 7th, Rosa & her family had to quickly evacuate their home in Altadena with only clothes for a few days. Like with so many others, it is still undetermined the extent of damage to Rosa’s home or if they can ever return.

Given that her son is receiving chemotherapy treatment, he is at a high risk of contracting any colds or illnesses & can’t handle the toxic air quality we are all currently enduring.

Jesus still has all-day chemotherapy sessions to go to & very often feels unwell after. They should all be dealing with this in a place of comfort.

I have put this GoFundMe together to help alleviate all the concerns Rosa is having for her & her children during these turbulent times.

Rosa was the kindest soul at my last job that left an everlasting impact on who I am as a person & most of my other past colleagues can agree.

I’ve said it so many times that I know these are hard times for so many & I’m aware that not everyone can donate, but please share to help Rosa, Xitlali & Jesus get back on their feet.

Thanks & so much love to all!
