It's my lower back and right knee, for the most part. I get injections on both and that gives me about 4 days of relief.

Yes, a lawsuit has been in progress for almost 2 years, a very slow process. In October it's supposed to go into mediation.

In the meanwhile, I'm way behind on my property taxes and I can only use part of my house due to rotten wood.

I haven't had hot water, due to pipes, in months although I'm close to fixing that, working through the pain.

What would be good is to pay off the back taxes and fix the roof. Those done, I should barely eek by on my Social Security until the lawsuit settles.

I will turn 72 in June.

Oh, did I mention the COPD and Leukemia? I can no longer afford my breathing medicine, Symbicort. I'm kind of fond of breathing.
