Hi, I'm Lemari Sangalang!

I am organizing this gofundme account on behalf of my cousins Hazelle Peralta, Rozelle Peralta and RJ Peralta. Their dad, Rogelio Peralta who is an OFW in South Korea, was rushed in the ER on 5/19/2025 after suffering a stroke. Thankfully he is conscious, however, the stroke left him with right side paralysis and is unable to speak. As of 5/22/2025 he was transferred from the ICU to the general ward and is currently receiving physical therapy.

Due to unforeseen health challenges, Uncle Rogelio, whom many of you know as "Jun", will not be able to return to work indefinitely. As you can imagine, this situation has placed a significant financial burden to his family, with medical bills accumulating rapidly. We are humbly asking for your help may it be a penny, a prayer or just simply sharing this post will mean a lot for us.
