Hello Everyone, my name is Krystal Fernandez, daughter of Rogelio Fernandez, who was one of the three civilians that were severely injured in the 166 Gifford Fire on August 1, 2025, while doing his job, truck driving. He was later transported via helicopter to a hospital in Bakersfield, California, to be treated for severe burn wounds in a special burn unit. He suffered 22% third-degree burns to his upper body and will need multiple surgeries and therapy. As of right now, there is no estimated time of how long he'll be in the hospital or how long his recovery time is.
