My name is Rodney Rogers and I am a pastor and servant to many.

In 2024, after finishing a half Ironman and then a FULL Ironman 5 weeks later, two months later I was hit with being diagnosed with head and neck cancer. I underwent 7 weeks of intense radiation and chemotherapy.

6 weeks after treatment, we had a scan done and it showed no cancer! Great!

God moved us back home to Arkansas where I will pastor an amazing church in Paragould and also be a hospice chaplain for a company out of Memphis. My job with hospice was my main form of living and paid hourly.

The first week that we arrived, I had 3 ER visits with severe back pain and was shocked to know that my cancer had come back in my spine area. I had emergency surgery that took 5 hours to remove as much of a tumor as they could and get my spine back in line. I am learning to walk again and getting better. But we have a ways to go.

So, I am obviously concerned about our household bills and things needed to get done for the short term until I can get my job going with hospice. This is embarrassing but sometimes people ask what they can do for us and this is an opportunity.

Please know that we know our God will supply all of our needs and we just have had many ask what they could do to help and so here is that opportunity.

If prayer is all you can do, please keep praying for us and if we don’t get $1 we will be ok.
