Please help Richard Hepner's Recovery from Hurricane Helene

Hello, we are Ed and Phyllis, and we are raising funds for our long-time friend, Richard Hepner, who has lost everything in the flood from Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC. He experienced four feet of flood waters in his apartment, which destroyed every possession he owned, including his car. He is now living homeless with his cat, Wilson, in a Red Cross shelter. He does not have any flood insurance to cover his loss. Any contribution you can make would be much appreciated in helping Richard get back on his feet again.
