Aid Recaro's Healing After Hit-and-Run

This is Recaro, he is a 4 year old Siberian Husky that just recently got hit by a car. He is such a good boy and the sweetest/calmest husky you would/will ever meet. He got loose on a windy day from my fenced in backyard and, unfortunately, was struck by a vehicle and left there alone until a few kind hearted individuals (unlike the driver that just kept going ) saw him and waited with him until the local police arrived.

He spent the night at an emergency vet and needed lots of X-rays and tests to make sure that there was no internal damage or broken bones. He did need some stitches on his left rear leg which is why it is all wrapped up. Unfortunately, even though he has no broken bones, it does look like he has a slipped or herniated disc and will need further testing and imaging - probably an MRI as well. I do not have the means to get these tests done as my vehicle was just totaled by and underinsured driver while it was parked outside of my house in the middle of the night. I will be open and honest with all of the Vet bills, and am only looking for help covering the cost of his Vet visits. If I receive any amount over what is needed, I will donate it to a local rescue.
