Aid Rebecca's Family During This Difficult Time

I would like to start by saying this is all about my mom, Rebecca Avalos Du Lyon. She is the only one that matters here, and this is something very difficult to put together. My mother has been an incredible mother, raising me, her only child, and my son Jason, whom I raised with her since he was born. At 31, he is her full-time caretaker, which we coordinate on weekends. She has been the only inspiration in my life. She was born in Taniahto, Michoacán. The baby of 14 kids, she is the last of that line. She was an actress in movies with Marlon Brando and Elvis Presley. She was a beautician by trade later but loved music. She taught me that. She has now been suffering from dementia for four years. She is now on hospice. I am the primary provider financially for my mom, my son, and myself. I just want to protect my family.

I had no choice but to go on FMLA. The state of Texas does not pay for this time off. I am in need of rent, utilities, and food for my family. Anything will help. This is the first time in this drastic situation, but as much as my pride is holding me back, I needed to reach out for help.
