Aid Raymond Logan After Severe Foot Injury

Hi, my name is Raymond Logan and I live in Minnesota. I worked at Caribou Coffee as a store manager on and off for 7 years. One day, while loading a couch onto my father's truck, I jumped off onto cement and broke my heel. They had to place 8 screws into my foot. As you can see by my pic, I did some damage that has put me out of work for roughly 10 to 14 weeks.
