It’s incredibly hard to watch someone you care about struggle, especially when that person is as selfless, hardworking, and kind as Nova.

This March, she experienced a sudden and frightening loss of hearing in her right ear. The condition has led to a series of costly medical appointments, all while she’s trying to manage a rigorous course load, and working night shifts at Labcorp to make ends meet.
