Aid Nikki's Healing Journey After Attack

Hello! I am Ashley and this is my dog Nikki. Tonight (7-09) Nikki was attacked by the neighbor’s dog. I was walking Nikki in my yard, on her leash, and the neighbor’s dog broke free from its leash and charged towards Nikki. He then proceeded to bite her and not release her. I fought to get him off her and was also bitten in the processes. After about 30 minutes, I was able to get Nikki away from the dog and inside. Cops were called and a police report was submitted. The neighbor’s did say it was their fault. But now Nikki had to be rushed to the vet due to the wounds and bites. There was so much blood and she is in so much pain. I also had to go to the ER due to the bites I suffered.

Now this is where we need help. We need help with Nikki’s vet bills that she will require. I also want to be able to seek legal action against my neighbors as they knew their dog disliked other dogs and was only on a tether. Any donations would be appreciated and help get Nikki all the care she will need during this time. Thank you!
