Aid Niece's Journey to Recovery and Justice

On the night of May 3rd, 2025, my 16-year-old niece fell victim to a vicious, premeditated attack by her ex-boyfriend. Taken to an isolated back road, the ex-boyfriend began to administer a savage beating that would go on for close to 10 minutes and was recorded by his cohorts. After she dove into the car in an attempt to get her phone, the ex-boyfriend followed and continued the assault. The driver returned to the vehicle and they sped away, with her trapped inside, before ultimately throwing her from the vehicle as it was moving. The attack resulted in a two-day stay in the hospital. The wheels of justice move slow but are moving in the right direction. As we all know, our bills come due much faster. My niece's parents could use any help we can provide, as they not only seek to meet the financial burden of their daughter's hospitalizations but also will need to finance the necessary counseling that will help her put the pieces back together. Domestic violence is an act of cowardice and a horror for all those touched by it. Please do what you can to help this young lady and her family.
