Our friend and co-worker Nicole Rothermel has experienced the roughest time since May, and some help from her friends and family would be a blessing.

In early May she received a call that her 23 year old daughter was critically ill. She had sepsis and had to have emergency open heart surgery to replace an affected heart valve. Due to this Nicole had to take a leave of absence from work to be with her daughter and care for her during recovery.

During recovery her daughter had many visits to the doctors, IV infusions to cure the infection, follow up tests on her heart and overall health.

After daily infusions for six weeks, many follow-up appointments, they finally got the news her daughter was infection free, heart was good, and she was cleared by the doctors and surgeons as healthy again.

All of this drained her savings!

SADLY, on Friday July 18th, Nicole’s husband was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident, leaving her as a single mother. Between hospital bills, missing unpaid time from work, now funeral costs, and upcoming school supplies and clothes for her youngest, SHE NEEDS HELP!
