Aid Nicki in Overcoming Life's Unexpected Challenges

My name is Nicki Van Cleef-Hines and I don't like asking for help. I'm here because this is my last plea before I have to consider things like bankruptcy.

This year has been tough with unplanned life events happening. The two biggest events have been getting my dog's cancerous mass removed in August/September and me suffering a concussion on 9/24.

Due to the concussion, I had to miss work as well as work reduced hours, and I am the primary income in my home. After a long period of not hearing back from workers' comp, I was finally granted partial payment for time missed, but this simply isn't enough and it's too little too late.

I am now behind on our PGE bill, my credit card payment, and we barely make it to the end of each paycheck for food. We make too much to qualify for benefits of any kind, and I can only ask my mom for help so much.

My biggest goal is to be able to get back on my feet, pay my mom back for loans she has provided me, and be able to finish the year off strong. Any little amount helps, even just a share.
