Aid Nichole and Philip in Their Time of Need

I am asking for help for my friend Nichole Gordon. Her husband, Philip is in need of a hip replacement and just spent almost 4 weeks in the hospital. Unfortunately he is not medically stable to have the hip replacement. Between dental issues and lab values they have a long road ahead of them. At the present time Nichole is the only one working. Her husband needs help with transferring from surface to surface. They are currently working on getting home health care. Nichole is only able to work part-time. They have 3 children who are in school, so she is busy with them as well. She has exhausted her PTO from her placement of employment.
