On September 22, 2024, a friend and I were on our way home from work when another driver, traveling 85 mph in a 45 mph curve and having a blood alcohol level of .2, crossed the center line and collided head-on with my vehicle.

Since the accident, I haven't been able to do much of any gunsmith work and have been confined to a wheelchair. Luckily, they were able to save my left leg after putting rods and plates in most of it. My right foot was amputated due to infections from the accident.

Currently, I do have a prosthetic leg, but the fitment is wrong, and I am going to most likely have to fight insurance for another socket or pay out of pocket to get a different type made so that I can walk again.

Anyone that has come to this GoFundMe, I appreciate everyone's support and kind words through all of this. Luckily, the worst of what I have dealt with is hopefully behind me. But the road to walking again is still quite a ways away.
