Help Needed for treatment and recovery from MRSA and Sepsis

I woke up on a Friday morning and had a mark on my underarm and chest area. They next day it was extremely swollen and red. Then on Sunday I wasnt feeling well and had pain and struggled to lift my right arm. Monday i went to work and barely made it through the day. It felt like I had broken ribs and road rash at the same time. I went to urgent care and they said that I had a massive infection and that they would need to give me antibiotic shots and orally. So the following day I went to work again and my infection had improved a little. The doctor gave me more shots of antibiotics and then had to cut a 2.5 inch deep incision into my infection to release the infected tissue. That was done while I was awake. When the procedure was finished I felt mentally diminshedand racked up a ton of medical bills and expenses. Sepsis almost killed me, but I am trying to overcome it. I have already spent 4 days hospitalized and have a long road to recovery. IV antibiotics daily and wound care. I am trying to care for my elderly and physically limited parents also.
