On the night of July 1, I experienced extreme chest discomfort among other severely painful symptoms. Being a fairly healthy adult, I didn't think much of the symptoms, but by the early morning, it was clear that something wasn't right. I received a ride to the hospital where I barely made it into the emergency department waiting room.

I was admitted and told that I had been in the midst of a severe heart attack for the past 12 hours. I was life-flighted to the nearest hospital that could accommodate my needs, and after various tests, I underwent a procedure to implant two stents.

My recovery has been long and difficult and has left me unable to do most of what I spend my time doing: mostly playing music and working. I am asking for financial assistance until I am able to be making money on my own again.
