Help me get Gomez Back up and running!

Hi Friends!! Me and Gomez could use your help! My little guy has been diagnosed with Patella Luxation. Patella Luxation is a painful condition where the kneecap slips out of position in the knee joint. It causes lots of pain and inflammation. His vet has said surgery is unfortunately the best option for him. I've been calling around to surgeons recommended by our vet, and the prices are ranging from $4200-$7500!!! OUCH! Anything you can give will be so MASSIVELY appreciated. Please help me get this little maniac back up and running!
