Aid Needed for GBS Paralysis Recovery

Recovering from being completely paralyzed from a flu shot I got last year. It caused GBS and left me paralyzed for 5 months. Unable to breath on my own I was put on intubation. I'm struggling with finances due to limited function on my part, and the long delay till disability starts. Or I can go back to work in a years time. Please HELP me with this situation. I sincerely appreciate everything that can be done!!!
