My name is Myron J. Wagner Jr. Starting on May 1st, my GERD, hiatal hernia, and Barrett's esophagus have enlarged. I also have a golf-sized tumor on my left pelvis. The pain is a 10 every day.

In the middle of this month, my whole world got turned upside down. Without warning, I had to return to America with no home, no vehicle, and no money. I am asking for help for medical expenses and to get back on my feet. Anything and everything would be appreciated.
