Hi, my name is Kim Russell. I am starting this fundraiser for my wonderful co-worker, Mr. Dave (David Harris). He is almost 83 years old and, at a time in his life when he should be enjoying retirement, he is still working because he can't afford to retire.

A couple of weeks ago, he had chest pains while at work and had emergency surgery to place stents in his heart. He was released after 4 days but fell climbing the stairs to his apartment due to shortness of breath. Mr. Dave returned to the hospital for several more days and was then transferred to a rehab to increase his strength. He has mounting medical bills in addition to his monthly bills that he has no way of paying. The stress and worry about his financial situation is affecting his recovery.

Mr. Dave has no family living nearby to assist him, so his work family wants to do all we can to help him out.
