I am reaching out on behalf of Morgana Moon, a devoted mother, producer, and friend to all who know her. Later this month, Morgana is facing a significant medical challenge—a hysterectomy that has become necessary after years of enduring debilitating health problems.

Morgana’s condition has reached a point where surgery is the only viable option to alleviate her pain and improve her quality of life. However, this procedure comes with a minimum recovery time of four weeks, a period during which she will be unable to work. Morgana has been in her field as a paralegal for 10 years, but has not been with her current employer long enough to qualify for FMLA or short-term disability benefits, so she is left with very limited options.

While Morgana does have some PTO (paid time off), it’s not enough to cover her expenses for an entire month. As a single mother without local family support, Morgana is in need of our community’s help to get through this challenging time.
