Hello my name is Michael Demetrius Williams, I’m a 50 -Year -Old Registered Social Worker in the state of Louisiana with End Stage Congestive Heart Failure and all the complication that go along with that diagnosis. I’m unable to work a physical Job right now due to declining health and an extremely weak heart, causing fluid build-up in my stomach, legs, and feet. I’m currently walking with both an oxygen tank and cane, requiring breaks between daily walks. I’m seeking help to provide for my daughter and myself while waiting for Social Security Disability benefit to start.
