Aid Michael in His Time of Need

Michael unexpectedly started experiencing a medical diagnosis (guillain barre syndrome) that is affecting his arms , hands and lower extremities that has made him unable to return to work. He has been in and out of the hospital making it difficult to pay for the medical expenses.
