Arachnoiditis diagnosis survivor in desperate need of assistance. Michael has received a diagnosis of arachnoiditis which is a permanent and very painful condition occurring as a result of nerve damage from spinal surgeries. He is disabled and unable to work to care for his needs with his diminished income and increasing expenses.
