Hello everyone, my brother Michael Hace suffered a massive heart attack on Saturday February 15th which coincidentally was his 49th birthday. He collapsed in the ER within minutes of arriving after driving there with chest pains…CPR was administered several different times as he struggled for his life…He was stabilized and given several arterial stents to reestablish blood flow, but regressed during the night with severe complications….It was then decided that he needed a procedure that couldn't be done at Parma hospital, so he was transferred to UH downtown ICU...Michael is there now and still in critical condition, having underwent two additional surgeries since arriving…His heart is not properly functioning on its own and he has some potential organ damage to which the extent is not yet known.
As many of you know my brother and family would never reach out for help unless it was absolutely needed. We do not know where to turn now and humbly ask for assistance. My brother is an independent small business owner (Patton foods) , delivering food to people who really count on him…He is always lending out a helping hand to anyone in need and typically stays on call at all hours of the day…Several customers have reached out to see how he is doing and it’s touching to see how many people truly care.
However, he stands to lose everything he has built and worked so hard for. Michael is fighting for his life and your generosity will make a big difference in what we hope will be an eventual recovery….any donation , big or small would be much appreciated and would help more then you could ever imagine.
Your thoughts and prayers are what ultimately will make the difference…but he needs as much help as he can get in so many ways.
God willing he will recover from this but it will be a long road ahead and there is no telling what his capabilities will be moving forward as he battles through this tragic life altering event….Michael is one of the most generous, kind, giving and selfless people on this earth and a huge animal lover as well!!!…He would give the shirt off his back to help someone out in need. I know terrible things happen to people all the time but when it happens to someone you love it really hits home…we pray for anyone going through such an unfortunate situation and know we are certainly not alone
Our parents are devastated and his wife Nicole is absolutely lost to imagine a world without him. We are all overwhelmingly concerned and any donation will be greatly appreciated to help alleviate the financial burden that is occurring and will certainly continue . Thank you so much
