Dear friends, I am in dire need to raise funds to keep my beautiful mother Melissa Miller in hospice care. You may remember Melissa from her 20 years at the downtown Oyster Bar, where she always greeted us with a big smile. A three time widow, Melissa has supported and cared for herself throughout retirement but is no longer able.

Current medical needs exceed the family ability for her at home but she is in a great care facility in Heber Utah. Melissa has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, severe dementia and malnourishment. The care center, although a wonderful place, is quite expensive.

Over the past 2 years Melissa has drained all her savings and retirement funds and is at the mercy of government assistance. Her current facility bills are now up to $56,000 past due, as her Medicaid hangs in limbo under current administration changes.

Melissa is facing immediate eviction from her facility and has no choice but to ask for your help.
