Help Megan Get a Service Dog
Donation protected
My amazing sister, Megan, was recently diagnosed with Moyamoya, an extremely rare cerebrovascular disease, and underwent brain surgery as a result. Shortly after the surgery, she had a stroke and is now contending with mobility and speech limitations. She has been incredibly positive and we are so proud of her hard work and progress but she needs help on her journey. Her doctors and physical therapists have recommended a service dog to assist her in managing this life changing condition. Service dogs are incredibly expensive to train and Megan is already contending with medical bills and the possibility of not being able to return to work. Megan needs this dog in order to regain her independence and to ensure her safety when she is alone. Anything that can be donated to help with this expense would mean so much to our family.
