Aid Matt's Recovery from Toe Amputation

My name is Matt, and I am putting this out there simply because I am going to need some help. On July 26th, I noticed that an ulcer/callous collapsed on my second toe on the right foot. Previously, the last few weeks, it had been somewhat painful as it was rubbed between it and the big toe. I tried to keep it dry and have antibiotic cream on it, but it didn’t work that way.

On July 27th, I went into the ER and was given antibiotics. They seemed to work, but on August 4th, after work, I noticed it was getting worse. The next night, after a particularly painful night at work, I went to the ER again. They admitted me on the premise that they thought it might be an antibiotic-resistant infection. The next day, I had an MRI, and it was discovered that the infection had reached the bones and tendons surrounding it. Despite valiant efforts and lots of antibiotics, the toe was removed on August 12th.

I am needing help in managing bills, food, and expenses for the next few months while I recover.
