Aid Marvin's Recovery: Tumor Surgery

Hi. My name is Marvin French. I recently just had surgery on my stomach for Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor, which usually costs about $20-$30k. It's a type of sarcoma (cancer) that originates in the gastrointestinal tract.

On Sunday, June 9th, I started throwing up, and I thought I just had a stomach bug or something, but this continued until Tuesday. That's when I decided to call the emergency room. They ran their tests, and that's when they broke the news that they found a 25cm mass connected to my stomach and said that I needed surgery to have it removed. So they transported me to St. Louis Mercy South for the operation.

They operated on me on June 12th, 2025, and thankfully, they were successfully able to remove it. Now I'm on this loooooong road to recovery, and unfortunately, that includes a lot of medical bills. I was in between jobs, so I don't have insurance. I'm trying to raise as much money as possible to cover those and whatever costs may come up in the future. Anything helps, and I will be grateful. Everything will be appreciated.
