Aid Marvin's Battle After His Third Stroke
Donation protected
Hi, Marvin Braverman, writer, actor, and comic, is 87 years old and sadly just had his 3rd stroke. His mind and sense of humor are still 100%, but his left side is now paralyzed. Marvin is in a nursing home and often tells jokes to the staff, but they don't always get it.
Marvin has run out of funds to pay his bills. The nursing home takes all his Social Security and pension payments, but he still has other bills for phone, clothes, and TV (he wants to watch sports and movies because he can't do much else). He also wants to keep his apartment in West Hollywood, somehow hoping he can go home. But even if he must give it up, he is up a creek with regard to his finances.
If anyone can help with a donation—especially with his birthday coming up on August 5th, it would be so appreciated. He has a bunch of bills and isn't able to pay them.
In his career, Marvin was on The Tonight Show, Seinfeld, many other TV shows, and was in all of Garry Marshall's movies, including Pretty Woman, Raising Helen, Overboard and many others. He was always known for being a comic's comic.
Marvin has helped people be entertained and laugh for a long time. Can you help him? Thanks so much.
