Hi, my name is Shannon. I am asking for help for my dear friend Marissa Puckett. As you may know, she underwent quintuple coronary bypass surgery a couple of years ago. Recently, she had been experiencing crippling and debilitating chest pains. She was rushed to the emergency room where it was discovered that two of the grafts from the bypass had failed. An angioplasty catheterization had to be immediately performed to restore blood flow to the affected arteries.

As a result of this and a possibly related auditory issue affecting her coordination and balance, she was mandated to refrain from working or driving for 4 to 6 weeks. She, like many today, lives paycheck to paycheck, and this is not an easy ask during these times. She is a strong and independent individual, and it is not really a part of her character to reach out and ask for help. So, I once again reach out on her behalf to do the asking.

During this time, she is going to need any and all help from friends, family, and acquaintances. She will need money for rent, food, bills, and any other possible medicinal and medical expenses related to her recovery not covered by insurance. Anything anyone can help out with would truly be appreciated as she gets through the next few weeks. This means any amount of help, large or small. Thank you.
