Aid Majdi's Family in Their Time of Need

Majdi was a Palestinian that a bullet struck on the neck on July 21st. It left him in critical condition (in a coma.) Majdi left behind six children, a newborn, and his wife. On the day he was shot, he had to go to Zequim: a location where Palestinians can receive humanitarian aid. However, what he thought could save his live was precisely the opposite: a death trap. He departed for his journey through the mountains, promising his wife and children that he would bring them flour to alive their hunger. At that point, his wife was so late in pregnancy that she could have given birth at any moment. But at Zequim, soldiers shot at Majdi and others. After, he continued to fight, injured and in critical condition. His loved ones all waited, hoped, and prayed that he would wake up. Now, his wife had given birth and had a week old child. But the newborn’s father could not hold her in his arms. He remained in critical condition until August 9th, 2025, when his physical body departed from this world. But his lighthearted and magic demeanor stays with all of those who knew him. He was the same age as Jesus Christ when he died. He will always be present within us, in our conversations and in our hearts. Through this campaign, we ask those who wish to do good to help his widowed wife and children.

Update: due to increased Israeli expansion, Majdi's family has to migrate further south. Now, they don't have their father to help them with the process. This makes the move very financially and physically risky. The cost of this move can be up to at least $1000. Please help them in this time of extreme need.

Majdi era un palestino que recibió un disparo en el cuello el 21 de julio. Lo dejó en estado crítico (en coma). Majdi dejó atrás a seis hijos, un recién nacido y a su esposa. El día que recibió el disparo, tuvo que ir a Zequim, un lugar donde los palestinos pueden recibir ayuda humanitaria. Sin embargo, lo que pensó que podría salvarle la vida resultó ser precisamente lo contrario: una trampa mortal. Partió a través de las montañas, prometiéndoles a su esposa e hijos que les llevaría harina para saciar su hambre. En ese momento, su esposa estaba en una etapa tan avanzada del embarazo que podría haber dado a luz en cualquier momento. Pero en Zequim, los soldados dispararon contra Majdi y otros. Después, continuó luchando, herido y en estado crítico. Sus seres queridos esperaban, anhelaban y rezaban para que despertara. Su esposa había dado a luz y tenía un bebé de una semana. Pero el padre del recién nacido no podía sostenerlo en brazos. Permaneció en estado crítico hasta el 9 de agosto de 2025, cuando su cuerpo partió de este mundo. Pero su porte alegre y mágico permanece en la memoria de todos quienes lo conocieron. Tenía la misma edad que Jesucristo cuando murió.
