Friday 12/13 , my sister's family lost everything in a house fire. There are no words to describe the emotions of what they saw that night when arriving at their house to see smoke rolling out. Thankfully, the family of 7 were not home, and they themselves and their 1 cat are physically okay. Now the realization sets in. Picking up the pieces to navigate moving forward from this. Seeing your home on fire and racing to call 911 is absolutely unimaginable. The family has just the clothes they wore that night. All clothes, blankets, and Christmas presents were a total loss. We’re hoping our community of friends, family, and neighbors can help in any way possible. No donation is too small. If you know Madison personally and would like to donate physical items like clothes, school supplies, or newborn items, please reach out.
