Hello, my name is Vanessa Marin.

This guy you see is my father, Luis Marin Sr. His health is not the absolute best, but it’s not the worst. My dad gave us the biggest scare of our lives on Thursday, November 6th. We, as a family, decided to take him to the hospital. With the results coming back normal, but my dad wasn’t normal. He’s not himself anymore, and I don’t see him the same but he did mini stroke, as doctors presume, and they are trying to get him to his old self. My family and I need your help and I speak on behalf of my siblings and myselfWith my dad not working, all the financial burden will rely on my mom's income, and she will be extremely stressed out. I don’t want to see her struggling financially.

My dad is my best friend and one of my heroes. He has always inspired me to keep going and believe that you can achieve it all. I wasn’t ready to see my dad in the condition that he is in. I wasn’t prepared for this situation, and I never wanted to see him like that because he was always the one to make jokes and be a protector for everyone he loves and cares about. But the thing I love about my dad is that he is always there for everyone and tries to be the best father to us. Even as adults, he’s always there for us and is the best husband to my mom. Most importantly, he is an amazing grand papa to his 4 grandchildren: Luis 3rd, Selena, Maximiliano, and Javier.
