Help Me Overcome Challenges and Heal

Help me recover and rebuild. My name is Lokesh Reddy, and I arrived in the United States from India with great hopes for completing my master's degree and creating a brighter future for my family and me. Working constantly, I hoped to land a job that would not only help my family back home, who gave so much for my education, but also pay off my student loans. Sadly, my path unexpectedly and catastrophically turned. As I was actively looking for work, my roommate assaulted me violently. The attack left me with an 180 degree twist of my ankle with multiple fractures in my ankle that needed immediate surgery. The surgery's expenses have come out to about $90,000, and the costs keep mounting. Sadly, recovery's road is long. Along with regular medical visits and continuous physiotherapy, doctors have advised me to spend 8 to 9 months of complete bed rest. Now I am left to face this challenging period alone, far from home, without anyone to help or support. The financial load is tremendous; the emotional toll is miserable. Already, my family has sacrificed so much to send me here; now, I find myself unable to work and without means to pay for these growing medical bills. I am getting in touch hoping someone might assist me through these difficult times.
