When the Helper needs HELP! If you know Lise Hopson, you have most likely been helped by her, or know someone who has. The first to extend her love, her hands and feet, and her resources is in need of that very help herself. The help needed is not just for her, but on behalf of her and her husband Jim and the financial situation that has rapidly befallen them. Jim, a retired cop that served our communities for decades, has been hit with a myriad of health challenges for some time now, but as of most recently, as things have escalated, his recovery from a very risky surgery has debilitated him with extreme migraines, severe dizziness and left with no balance. With his independent mobility compromised he is fully dependent on Lise 24/7. Now, medical bills staggering, and their income disabled due to the constant interruption on Lise’s private student business, this has created the perfect storm for great financial need.
