Aid Lisa Whittaker Through Her Cancer Journey
Donation protected
This page is dedicated to our beloved mother, Lisa Whittaker—a cherished mother, grandmother, wife, friend, and so much more. For 25 years, Lisa has worked tirelessly in the cafeteria at Hollidaysburg Area School District and served as a crossing guard for the same duration. Many of you may also recognize her as the familiar face of Luigetta's, where she worked for over 12 years. She is one of the most hardworking women I know, always putting her family first.
Lisa is a breast cancer survivor since 2015, but now, she faces a new challenge: stage 4 uterine cancer. Within two weeks of her diagnosis, she courageously began chemotherapy again. In the coming months, she will also undergo a major surgery, followed by a lengthy recovery.
As the new school year approaches, I want to help ease her burden and allow her to take the time off work that she desperately needs. Chemotherapy is incredibly taxing on the body, and I want her to focus on her health without the stress of work. The donations from this page will go directly toward covering her medical and household expenses during this difficult time.
We welcome any and all prayers you can offer. Thank you for your love and support during this challenging period. ❤️
