Aid Lisa Lange's Recovery Journey
Donation protected
Our hot lunch head cook and childcare teacher, Mrs. Lisa Lange, has been struggling with health issues the past couple months. In February she was admitted to the hospital for several days with pneumonia. Since that time Lisa has continued to struggle with her general health and energy levels, seeking additional medical treatment at times over the past month. Last week Lisa was admitted to the ICU in Watertown with pneumonia and a variety of other health complications. Due to lack of improvement she was transferred earlier this week to the ICU at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. She is in stable condition, but is currently sedated and on a breathing ventilator. Her kidney function has improved over the past couple days, but she continues to receive heavy doses of several IV antibiotics along with other medication.
We keep Lisa and the Lange family in our prayers, and ask that God strengthen them as they rely on his Grace and promises! As Mrs. Lange continues to focus on her health, we are not expecting her to return to her school lunch or childcare responsibilities this school year. As our hearts go out to them, the family is open to receiving financial support for the intensive medical treatment Lisa is receiving.
You may also support the family through get-well cards and/or Kwik Trip gift cards that may be delivered to the school office to be given to the Lange family.
“God is our refuge and strength, a helper who can always be found in times of trouble.” Psalm 46:1
