Aid Lily's Journey to a Pain-Free and Medical Debt-Free Life

Hi! My name is Lily and I'm hoping to raise some money so that I can have the ability to have my wisdom teeth removed. My two lower wisdom teeth are heavily impacted and I will require surgery to remove them. In addition to that, dental anesthetic doesn't work on me and doesn't get me fully numb, so I have to be put under general anesthesia in order to comfortably undergo the procedure. This was made evident to me when I had my upper left wisdom tooth removed and I was in an immense amount of pain and discomfort due to the anesthetic not fully working. However, in order to receive general anesthesia to have my remaining two wisdom teeth removed, I was quoted $2,600 in order to do that, which I cannot afford to do right now. I work in a general dentist office as the lead dental assistant, but unfortunately our office does not offer to put people under, nor do we have an oral surgeon, hence why I was referred to a specialist. At this point, I'm dealing with an immense amount of pain daily along with intense headaches and migraines due to my wisdom teeth sitting right on my nerve and pushing up against my 12-year molars. Dental health aside, I've also incurred a fair amount of medical debt recently due to the frequency of which I've had to visit the emergency room because of my heart. I've been diagnosed with arrhythmia (irregular heart rate), tachycardia (chronically fast heart rate), palpitations, and POTS most recently. These chronic health issues all affect my ability to work, which, as you can imagine, has been incredibly frustrating and defeating. I'm only twenty-one years old and already faced with the fact that I can't work full time, which is what I need to do in order to pay my rent, utilities, and to buy groceries and other essentials. As I mentioned before, I work as the lead dental assistant at a general dentists office, and I would like to add that I also DoorDash when I can in order to make a little extra cash on the side. All of this however is unfortunately not enough. I am struggling and so, so defeated, but I ask that if you can anything to spare, even if it's only $1, that you please donate so that I can do my best to live a normal life without the looming burden of medical debt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for whatever you're able to donate.
