Aid Laren's Family During Recovery Period

Hi. My name is Laren. I am the sole source of income for my family and today I broke my leg at my daughter’s birthday party.

I have to have surgery, which has a 30% copay, and will also need to pay 30% on both the ambulance and ER visit for my leg. I am going to be out of work for a couple of weeks while I heal from surgery.
